Shipping and Returns:
The cost of delivering the item to you is included in the price of each item shown on this site. We will choose the quickest and most secure method of delivery. Note that all parcels will require a signature so please make sure that there is someone available at your address to sign for the parcel during the normal working day. Credit Card companies will not normally authorise delivery to any address other than that registered to the cardholder. We may be able to arrange delivery to another address, your place of work for example, but only if we are sure that the cardholder has authorised this. If orders are placed after 3:30 p.m, they will be despatched the following working day.
Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you buy from us simply return it for a full refund. The goods must be unused, in original condition and complete with all original packing and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items obtained as a special order for you cannot be returned.
